can I use it in my shop center?

I'm owner of big shop center in Paris and I want to send advertising to my potencial clients when they go to shop center. Is it possible with this application?

1. Shopping Centers
a) The shopping centre can make use of its entrances and most crowded areas, sending promotional messages concerning activities within the centre;
b) The shopping centre can plan promotions of more than one activity within the centre (clothes shops, shoe shops, pharmacies etc.) as requested and communicate these promotions by sending an animated gif (sequence of animated images).

sure and you can even install Bluetooth Advertising Software on many PCs, set 1-2 PCs on first level, 1-2 PCs on second level and 1-2 PCs on third level. PCs on first level will send advertising about first-level products, PCs on second level will send advertising about second-level products etc...

do you want to say me, that I can send advertising on first level different than second level? I can send advertising about clothes on first level and about hi-fi on second level? it's fantastic :)
